Katherine is fulfilling the nudge within to be doing this sort of thing, building this website and also facilitating sacred space for spiritual and transformational conversations. This is not a business, or a self-help site rather a growing spiritual and transformational community. The Catalyst
A Long Term Diagnosis
When the lightening bolt of truth struck over 30 years ago, it blew up Katherine's life, the way things where ended abruptly, she had to leave her job and face the music of health issues and thrust into a world of fear and uncertainty.

Katherine woke up in 1992 diagnosed with a long-term health prognosis, which has been her nemesis. This impactful awakening, a conscious shock, happened when Katherine was in a Neurologist office hearing the diagnosis as Multiple Sclerosis, she saw her life flashing before her, and it wasn't angels and fluffy pink hearts, rather mis-deeds, chaos, confusion and a person she didn't care to be, a life review happening.
Amidst the clouds, thunder, lightening as the storm rolled in, there was too life-transforming happening and a mission of making right, karma clearing. This self-awakening is ongoing, and thirty three years on.
Katherine is focused on self-transforming and living life spiritually with practice and methodology.

If you have been awakening to see the person you don't care to be and you are now on a mission to make right, clear and create a new life. The suggestion is use your birth name, instead of assuming identity. The questioning behind is that birthname is the root, the beginning, no manipulating, it is a truth of things.

Avalon, Priestess O The Light, a given spiritual name that was not expected during A Dedication, A New Life - Birthing Ceremony that happened in 2000, in Glastonbury Somerset UK.

This dedication is not aligning with any faction of spirituality or religion. A pivotal time birthing self consciously, going beyond the grid prescribed reality, which is ongoing.
The ceremony a breaking Free of Imposter syndrome, that its not out of a book and intellectualizing this Initiation, ceremony realizing a deep soul-calling that gave an authenticity to spiritual life creating

Along with the Elders and High Priestess Lavina (RIP) presiding the ceremony, 40 people some from around the world heard about in Glastonbury town and turned up to celebrate, including Avalon's long-term companion, Zed.
A beautiful energetic 'Circle of Light' was created, we gathered around a large fire and the Strawberry Moon those present witnessed my new life unfolding, as 'Avalon Priestess O the Light.'
