This Disclaimer is an important legal document. It explains the risks you are assuming by participating in our Tarot Readings. It is equally important that you read and understand this document completely.

When you purchase a Tarot Reading, you agree that you have read and understand the details of the disclaimer, agree to the disclaimer, and release Katherine Evans of any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or in-actions.

 

I understand that Tarot Readings are subject to interpretation and there is no guarantee of the accuracy of a reading, and I am able to determine my own course of action, at any time, which can change the outcomes described in any given reading.

 

I understand that all Tarot Readings are for entertainment purposes only.

 

I understand a Tarot Reading does not replace professional, medical, legal or business opinion and advice.

 

I understand that a Tarot Reading will not force me to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over my free will and common sense.

 

I understand any decisions made, or actions taken by myself as a result of my Tarot Reading are my sole responsibility and have not been forced upon me, by Katherine Evans.

 

I understand that Katherine Evans assumes no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any of my decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my Tarot readings.

 

I understand that a reading may not meet my requirements and understand there may be circumstances beyond anyone’s control that could create a disruption to the service I receive, thereby not holding Katherine Evans liable for errors, disruptions or information deemed inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

 

When purchasing a Tarot Reading, I hereby acknowledge and represent: a) that I have read this document in its entirety, understand it, and sign it voluntarily; b) have the capacity and authority to enter in and execute this document; and c) that this Readings Disclaimer is the entire agreement between the parties hereto and its terms are contractual and not a mere recital.
